Pat O'Brien has visited many state capitols around the country and Arkansas is home to the best. Our beautiful State Capitol is an underutilized resource that we need to market to the world. Pat wants to create an aggressive online marketing plan that will expose our State Capitol to decision-makers in the tourist and film industry around the country.

Pat O'Brien has experience with the preservation of historical documents. Pat wants to work closely with historical groups and find funding for the use of technology in the archiving process. Pat also wants to work with all 75 county courthouses to continue their efforts to preserve historical court and real estate documents.
